This trip from May 24, 06 to Jun 6, 06  was to be our longest trip to date both in miles and days.  On our way to Austin we stopped in Gulf Shores, AL to visit some neighbors from Aiken SC, and in Houston TX to visit my cousin Barbara Murray who I had not seen in almost 30 years.   This was the first trip in which we took the RV directly to a location to be visited (i.e. Unclaimed Luggage, and Ava Maria Grotto).  We had no problems parking at either place.
